Program Committee Participants Chinese Italian The 2nd Sino-Italian Workshop on Relativistic Astrophysics focuses on the newest developments of probing the dark universe. It includes theories and models of dark matter, dark energy, and dark ages, as well as observational cosmology of supernovas and 21 cm emission at high redshifts.

China Title of talk: Photometric properties of early type galaxies Abstract: A sample of nearby early type galaxies have been sorted out from Data Release Two of Sloan Digital Sky Survey and Two Micron All Sky Survey. The color gradients of sampled galaxies have been analyzed. With aid of simple stellar population models we may explain the color gradient in term of age and metallicity gradients. We found that the median value of metallicity gradient of about 0.21 and the age gradient is close to 0.02 with quite large dispersion. The dependence of gradients to various properties of galaxies has been examined. Implications of our results have been discussed. Fang, Li-Zhi (方励之) Department of Physics University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ 85721, USA Title of talk: Abnormal features of cosmic temperature fluctuations Abstract: I will review the past and current studies on the isotropy of the universe with the cosmic microwave background radiation. An "abnormal" feature of the first-year maps of the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) is the deviation from isotropy of the distribution of the temperature fluctuations on large scales (low-l modes) as well as small scales (high-l modes). The possible relation of this abnormal with dark energy will be addressed. Vereschagin Abstract: It was found the exact relativistic equilibrium condition for the Reissner-Nordstrom black hole and charged spinning particle (represented by the Kerr-Newman naked singularity solution) to be in the rest with respect to each other. The problem was solved analytically by the Inverse Scattering Method by which the exact solution for the metric and electromagnetic potentials have been obtained. Some physical properties of this solution was analyzed using numerical calculations. To show a novelty of the results a review of the previous literature on this problem is presented. Abstract: In the present work the possibility of existance third GRB group was studied. We have analysed duration and hardness GRB distributions from last (current) BATSE catalog and make conclusion that GRB with mean value of t90=3 sec (0.8 s < t90 < 25 s) had dirrerent hardness distribution that long and short GRB and can be separated as new GRB subset - intermediate GRB. Some characteristics of this class GRB are presented.
